1. Who we are

CopyFlowPro: Bulk Product SEO (“CopyFlowPro”, “the app”, “we”) is a Shopify app that generates SEO product content for your store catalog. This policy describes what data the app processes when you install and use it. For any privacy question or request, contact us at copyflowofficial@gmail.com.

2. Data about your customers: none

CopyFlowPro does not request, receive, or store any personal data of your customers (shoppers). The app requests only product read/write permissions from Shopify. It has no access to orders, customer profiles, or checkout data. If Shopify sends us a customer data request or customer redaction webhook, there is nothing to return or delete, and we respond accordingly, as required by Shopify’s rules.

3. What we process, and why

Store identity and access token: your myshopify.com domain and the OAuth token Shopify issues on install. Needed for the app to operate inside your admin.
Product catalog data: titles, descriptions, tags, options, metafields, vendor, and prices of products you select. This is the only source material for content generation: the app writes exclusively from your real product data and does not scrape the web or pull data from other stores.
Generation history: the jobs you run, their status, and the generated drafts, so you can review changes before applying them.
Billing state: your plan and credit balance. All charges are handled by the Shopify Billing API; we never see or store payment card details.
Manual source text: supplier or product text you optionally add to a product to improve generation quality. Stored only for that purpose and deleted with the rest of your data.

4. How generation works

When you run a generation job, the selected products’ data is sent to our content generation service, hosted on infrastructure in the European Union, which uses third-party AI language-model providers to produce the text. Your data is processed transiently for generation, is not sold, and is not used to train AI models. Generated content is presented to you as a suggestion: nothing is written to your store until you review it and click Apply.

5. Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us the mandatory shop redaction webhook, and we delete all data associated with your store: sessions, generation jobs and drafts, manual source texts, and billing records.
You can also request deletion at any time by emailing copyflowofficial@gmail.com from the email associated with your store.
Content you have applied to your products lives in your store and belongs to you; uninstalling the app does not remove it.

6. Your responsibilities

CopyFlowPro generates content only from the product data you provide, and every change requires your explicit review and approval before it reaches your store. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you choose to publish, including compliance with the laws and marketplace rules that apply to your business.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
